It was a pleasure working with Elisa on buying our first home in Ottawa! She was very responsive regardless of the time (early morning or later in the evening!) and was always ready to go to any listing we wanted. She was always looking out for our best interests and spotted defects that I might have overlooked (because I was so interested in the location) and gave us honest advice about what the pros and cons were of each listing we visited. Elisa helped us buy our first house in Ottawa, and this was no small feat given that we lived abroad and had to do everything online.
